- Police station is located beside the Airport Operation Center (between C & D outside security on departures/ticketing)
Medical Issue: Dial 3111 from Info Desk or White Courtesy Phone
Paging and/or Visual Paging on monitors throughout the airport: 6937 from an Info Desk/White Courtesy Phone or (215) 937-6937. It is usually too loud to hear paging while sitting at an info desk, but it will show up on flight info screens.
Job Control: 6868 or 6800 - Non-Food Court Spills, Bathroom Issues, Flight info screen issues, etc.
Marketplace Custodial: (215) 852-1193 - spills and cleaning needs in any food court spaces
Language assistance: when language assistance is needed beyond the use of google translate, call GLOBO: 9-267-551-6796 (from a desk phone) or 267-551-6796 (from a personal phone).
Companion Care/ Family restroom issues: when a companion care restroom is locked, please contact airport operations at ext. 6800 and they will send someone to unlock. Document this incident on the tracking form as well.

- Delta Airlines please call Delta Operations (215) 863-5925, then request they transfer you to U.S. Aviation Services Corp. at PHL.
- Electric Carts: NO NUMBER - provided directly by the airlines. Passenger can request an Electric Cart at the arriving gate or by flagging one down if passing by. Passengers can also wait at the red bench near the A terminal shuttle stop.
