Unaccompanied Minors

• Unaccompanied Minors are children traveling without an adult/guardian/parent.

• Guardians are given a ticket with a generic Flight #9550 that will only help them get through TSA security (Searching for flight number 9550 will bring up no results on Google)

• In order to receive the generic Flight #9550 Ticket, Guardians will need to show the flight information and a valid ID at the ticket counter of the airline their minor is flying on (done before security).

INSTRUCTIONS:

• Ask the Guardian for the flight number that the minor is coming on (Not flight #9550)
• Look up the flight on google to see what time the flight is arriving and also at what gate

If the flight has not arrived: Send the Guardian to the gate that the flight is arriving to and instruct them to talk to the gate agent

If the flight already arrived: Call Prospect Dispatch's Unaccompanied Minor's office: (610) 362-7257.

If nobody picks up, then try Prospect's main number: (610) 362-7654

Provide Prospect Dispatch with the Minor's name and the flight number, and Prospect will either bring the Minor to the Information Desk you are calling from or provide you with further information/Instructions.

Do NOT send the guardian to the unaccompanied minor room. They will need to remain at the information counter until Prospect gives them further instructions on where to retrieve the child.
