Lost and Found - Locations


There are three different Lost & Found locations at PHL, depending on where the item was lost:

  1. Airport Lost & Found - For Items lost in the terminals, restrooms, and concession areas
  2. TSA Lost & Found - For items lost while coming through TSA Security Checkpoints
  3. Airline Lost & Found - For items left on an aircraft, at your departure gate, or an Airline Lounge


  • Airport Lost & Found: The Airport's Lost and Found is located in the Communication Center. The Communication Center is a separate building located on the Departures Roadway (outside of security) between Terminals C and D and is open 8AM - Midnight.   • TSA Lost & Found: The TSA Lost & Found is located inside security down a staircase by the bathrooms in between the C and D corridor (at the end of the moving walkway closer to the D Terminal). Their hours of operation are Sunday through Saturday from 10AM - 2PM They can be reached at 610-521-7206, or email PHLlostandfound@tsa.dhs.gov

  • Airline Lost & Found: Passenger should "Google" their airline's Lost & Found and fill out the applicable form from that airline's website (For American Airlines click Here)


Check with your transportation company for items left in taxis, buses, vans, rental cars, and other public vehicles.
