Lost Item Turned in to Info Desk - Instructions

NEVER ACCEPT ANY BAG OR LUGGAGE - This is a Security Risk

If someone wants to turn in a bag or luggage they found or mistakenly took; Or, if someone wants to report an Unattended bag/luggage they saw:

• Send them to the Police officer stationed next to your desk
• If there is no Police officer available next to your info desk, please call the Police station at 215-937-6711 or 215-937-6918

ID, Passport, or items with a name on it:

1. Dial extension 6937 to have the passenger paged to come to your info desk and retrieve their lost item
2. In the binder at each Info desk there is a Lost & Found Log page located on the inside pocket - Please fill that out
3. 30 minutes before your shift ends, if the item is not picked up, please Call/Text your supervisor to notify them

Items with no name on it (Phone, Headphones, Keys, etc):

1. In the binder at each Info desk there is a Lost & Found Log page located on the inside pocket - Please fill that out
