Guests will now be required to complete a form to retrieve their items from Airport Lost and Found.

The American Express Centurion Lounge is closed through the end of 2027 for renovations. At this time, no other lounge is accepting their members.

British Airways Lounge (BA)- CLOSED!
Eligible customers can enjoy the American Airways Flagship Lounge located at the mezzanine level between gates A15-A16.

Terminal E: Gate E9
Adult Changing rooms are equipped with a full-length adult changing table. Companion care rooms do not have this feature.
Restrooms exiting A-East are closed for renovations. Baggage claim restrooms are open.

SECURITY ALARMS:
When you hear an alarm going off, please report it. The fire alarm system will announce "fire" to indicate it is that type of alarm. When the alarm does not say "fire" you can assume it is a door alarm.
THE AIRPORT DOES NOT SELL PHYSICAL or ELECTRONIC SIM CARDS.
HGR: When a gate is labeled "HGR" this stands for hanger. The aircraft is in the hanger and is waiting for a gate assignment. Passengers should monitor flight screens or check with their airline.
Restroom Renovations
- NEW restrooms in A-East baggage claim have opened.
- Terminal C Gate Area Restroom: The restrooms in Terminal C, located near gates C28 and C30. The restrooms have Avius tablets for user feedback and smart TVs to provide directional guidance.
This is significant to PHL's commitment to improve the guest experience ahead of major events in 2026, such as the FIFA World Cup and the 250th anniversary of the United States.
