Admirals Club B/C

The American Airlines lounge in Terminals B/C is now offering full services, including complimentary food, drinks, and a fully staffed bar. However, it is always recommended that passengers check with the AA front desk, as service offerings are subject to change at any time.

TSA checkpoint updates:

Temporarily closed: Terminals A-West and F

Normal operations for passengers: Terminals A-East, B, and D/E.

  • Beginning 4/2/26: C checkpoint will reopen for TSA Pre-check ONLY.

Employee/Volunteer access checkpoints: Terminals B, C, and D/E.

  • A-East is open for TSA Pre-check and regular security. No employee/volunteer access.

Penn's Landing Market is now OPEN:

B/C connector across from the C information desk

Near Gate C18

Primo Hoagies is now open in Terminal A-East

There are no available nail services, XpressSpa is NOT operating the Robot manicure and is waiting for licensing to begin nail services.


SECURITY ALARMS:

When you hear an alarm going off, please report it. The fire alarm system will announce "fire" to indicate it is that type of alarm. When the alarm does not say "fire" you can assume it is a door alarm.

THE AIRPORT NO LONGER SELLS PHYSICAL or ELECTRONIC SIM CARDS.


HGR: When a gate is labeled "HGR" this stands for hanger. The aircraft is in the hanger and is waiting for a gate assignment. Passengers should monitor flight screens or check with their airline.


Restroom Renovations

  • Restrooms near A3 are closed. Send passengers to A9 or A14.
  • NEW restrooms in A-East baggage claim have opened.
  • Terminal C Gate Area Restroom: The restrooms in Terminal C, located near gates C28 and C30. The restrooms have Avius tablets for user feedback and smart TVs to provide directional guidance.

This is significant to PHL's commitment to improve the guest experience ahead of major events in 2026, such as the FIFA World Cup and the 250th anniversary of the United States.
