MIDDLE CHILD (RESTURANT) NOW OPEN
LOCATION: Terminal D, near gate D12
- Mon-Sun: 4:15AM - 8:00PM
- Middle Child is a sandwich shop and luncheonette that’s great for hanging out or taking out. Their eggs, bagels, house-corned-beef sandwiches, vegan hoagies, and colorful salads are inspired by the Italian hoagie shops, Jewish delis, and Greek diners of old-school Philadelphia.
SECURITY ALARMS:
When you hear an alarm going off, please report it. The fire alarm system will announce "fire" to indicate it is that type of alarm. When the alarm does not say "fire" you can assume it is a door alarm.

Baba Bar B11 is currently closed for renovations and will reopen under the new name Tail Gate.
Starbucks- Terminal C – beginning 9/22 at 10pm – they will no longer operate 24 hours, and will return to operating from 4:15am to 10pm. Please ensure any of your information team members are updated with this information.
F Info Desk Interaction Tracker
Both computers at F have been replaced, and the passenger interaction tracking tab hasn’t been added. Please use the link below to restore it to your tabs.
Saily: The Saily eSIM card provides a convenient and flexible way to access mobile data without needing a physical SIM. It allows users to activate data plans digitally, making it ideal for travelers or anyone needing reliable mobile connectivity on the go. Available at InMotion stores.

Information Desk Expectations
Kindly keep in mind that this is a professional environment, and it’s important for us to always maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.
- Always be in uniform when volunteering
- Only those assigned to the desk should be behind the desk. Please no visitors behind the desk. This includes other airport employees and friends/ family members.
- Keep the space clean and do not have food out and visible to passengers.
- Only have approved materials on display.
- Be attentive and welcoming.
- Notify management if the virtual monitor is non-functional.
- Log lost and found items and notify a supervisor, please put items in the bin, do not put items in the binder pockets.
HGR: When a gate is labeled "HGR" this stands for hanger. The aircraft is in the hanger and is waiting for a gate assignment. Passengers should monitor flight screens or check with their airline.
Restroom Renovations
- Restrooms near A3 are closed. Send passengers to A9 or A14.
- NEW restrooms in A-East baggage claim have opened.
- Terminal C Gate Area Restroom: The restrooms in Terminal C, located near gates C28 and C30. The restrooms have Avius tablets for user feedback and smart TVs to provide directional guidance.
This is significant to PHL's commitment to improve the guest experience ahead of major events in 2026, such as the FIFA World Cup and the 250th anniversary of the United States.
Admirals Club B/C
While the kitchen is under renovation, the lounge currently has a limited menu in the B/C Admirals Club. They are serving oatmeal and eggs in the morning and offer soup in the afternoon as the only hot options to accompany the other menu items.
