Accessibility at PHL
Many of the services provided to guests are provided directly by the airlines and other agencies this includes services such as skycaps, sighted guides, electric carts, and wheelchairs. If assistance is necessary, advance notice may be given to the appropriate airline. This can be done by calling your airline directly or by contacting your travel agent. The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is responsible for transitioning passengers through the airport's security checkpoints.
