Insomnia Cookie’s very first airport location! Insomnia Cookies was born in a little dorm room in Philadelphia, PA after a group of college friends had a late-night craving for something sweet. At the time though (this was 2003!), late-night food options weren’t cutting it. With few options available, founder Seth took matters into his own hands (oven mitts?) by imagining and crafting a business that catered to people just like him: Insomniacs. And from that first melty, warm, delicious bite, not only was a company launched, but an entire category too, redefining the cookie business as we know it. Now with more than 350 stores in the U.S., Canada, and the U.K., Insomnia is still serving up sweet rewards to the day dreamers and warming the after parties of the night-doers, growing a community of Insomniacs who love to stay up late.
