Kindly keep in mind that this is a professional environment, and it’s important for us to always maintain a respectful and professional demeanor.

Always be in uniform when volunteering
Only those assigned to the desk should be behind the desk. Please no visitors behind the desk. This includes other airport employees and friends/ family members.
Keep the space clean and do not have food out and visible to passengers.
Only have approved materials on display.
Be attentive and welcoming.
Notify management if the virtual monitor is non-functional.
Log lost and found items and notify a supervisor, please put items in the bin, do not put items in the binder pockets.
