Customer Service Desk:  E9

Frontier Airlines has transitioned to fully digital communications. They no longer have phone services lines for passengers to call. Customers seeking help or information will need to communicate with Frontier over online chats through their website, social media pages, or WhatsApp. Passengers in the PHL airport can go to E9 to speak with an agent or to the ticketing counters outside of security.

The online chat services are operated 24/7.


If a passenger approaches an Info Counter regarding issues with Frontier:


  1. Have them go to the Frontier Customer Service desk between E7 and E9.
  2. If the guest says that they were just there and there was no gate agent, call Frontier at 267-668-2640 (Do not give this number to passengers) and request that an agent be sent to their customer service desk at E9
  3. Please record if this system is successful with date/time of call and if it’s not successful, note date/time of call and what happened.
