Pick Up Zones

Ground Transportation Pick-Up Zones are located in each Terminal's Baggage Claim area

Zones 1-4 are located on one side of Baggage Claim ("Arrivals Road" side of Baggage Claim)

Zones 5-8 are located on the other side of Baggage Claim ("S. Commercial Road" side of Baggage Claim)

A passenger being picked up by a Family member or Friend, should head to the Zones 1-4 Exit

ZONE 2 - Rental Car Shuttles

ZONE 3 - Parking Courtesy Shuttle

ZONE 4 - Hotel Courtesy Shuttle

ZONE 5 - Taxicabs

ZONE 6 - Limousines/ Premium Ride App

ZONE 7 - Ride App (Uber/Lyft)

ZONE 8 - Charter Bus/Couriers

• Uber and Lyft may list their pick-up locations as "red zone" and "green zone", but it will all be found in Zone 7
• Platforms for SEPTA’s Airport Regional Rail Line are also accessible from all baggage claims by exiting the Zones 5-8 side
• Information on Taxicab flat rates, hotel and parking courtesy shuttles, limousine and charter bus pick-up can be found here

*For International passengers arriving in Terminal A-West, take the elevators to the Ground Floor and follow signs to A-East baggage claim ad exit on S. Commercial Rd. Taxi services will be available there.
