By appointment only. Walk-Ins allowed only when coming through customs following an international flight.

Saturday & Sunday: 1:00pm - 5:00pm

Monday-Thursday: 1:30pm - 9:00pm

Friday: CLOSED

Directions

The Enrollment Center is located on Level 3. Passengers can exit at A-East and head to Baggage Claim then follow signs to International Arrivals Hall. They can find the escalator to International Arrivals Hall within the baggage claim area.

Alternatively, Passengers can exit at A-West (between Good2Go and BA Lounge) and follow signs to parking. Then take the elevator to level 3 (International Arrivals Hall).

Global Entry is a U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) program that allows expedited clearance for pre-approved, low-risk travelers upon arrival in the United States. Global Entry kiosks are located in the federal inspection area of Customs Arrivals in Terminal A-West on the 3rd Floor. In order to apply for Global Entry, one must apply online at www.cbp.gov
