Duty Free shopping provides passengers who are traveling on international flights the opportunity to purchase high-quality products such as jewelry, watches, cosmetics, fragrances and much more – tax and duty exempt.

All staff/passengers can purchase fragrance, cosmetics, gifts and candy with the Pennsylvania sales tax added on. Only the liquor and tobacco products are exclusive to international passengers. Passengers can only purchase liquor and/or tobacco if their next destination after PHL is in another country. If a passenger has another domestic flight and will be departing for their international flight from a different airport, they will not be able to purchase liquor or tobacco from PHL's duty-free shops.

Hours are always subject to change based on actual flight departure times and locations. If there are flight delays, restaurants and shops are expected to adjust hours to accommodate passengers until the last flight departs.

For example: when the 1:35 Quebec flight is in A-East, the shop at A9 will stay open all day. When the 1:35 Quebec flight is in A-West, the shop at A14 will stay open all day.
